The Carolinian Forest
The Foundation of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance has adonor
recognition wall in the front lobby at Chatham-Kent Health
Alliance’s Grand Ave. and Sydenham Campuses. Each wall
gives permanent recognition to the outstanding individuals,
organizations and companies who have made a commitment to
investing in quality health care in Chatham-Kent.
The theme, -Carolinian Forest- was chosen as it is native
to the area of Southwestern Ontario. It covers various areas
of Chatham-Kent and is a lasting, natural, beautiful and
precious way to celebrate our major contributors who donate
$5,000 or more.
The levels of gift giving were determined by the different
species of trees in Carolinian forests.
 Every
Gift Makes a Difference!
For many, giving is a way of life. Each year, or
on a regular basis, members of our community support
the Foundation through annual giving, sponsorships
or other contributions. Gifts between $1.00 - $4999
are recognized in the kiosk situated beside each
donor wall. |
