Donor Recognition

As a way of saying thank you to our supporters in a personal way, and to publicly recognize the power of giving, we have developed a donor recognition program. Based on the theme of a –Carolinian Forest-, our donor wall is a tribute to community leaders who have come together to support the advancement of healthcare in Chatham-Kent.

All of our donors enable the health care system in Chatham-Kent to become stronger. Without their support many of the existing programs as well as new initiatives would not be able to flourish and grow.
