To make it easy to support Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, you can now make monthly contributions using your credit card or automatic withdrawal from your bank account.

Each and every gift makes a difference!

Method of Giving
Giving is made easy. All contributions are deducted from your account on the last Friday of each month. Giving begins with a minimum of $10 and increases in $5 incriments to a maximum set by you. At the end of each year you will receive a tax receipt.

It only takes 5 minutes to make a difference.
To donate simply print, complete and mail the donation form to us. In only 5 minutes you will be helping to make a difference for everyone in the community.
